2 Large chicken breasts, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
½ Cup of corn
¾ Cup of Chicken Stock
1 Cup of long grain rice, uncooked
1 Jar of Salsa, 15 oz
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
1 – 2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
Green Onions, sliced
Salt + Pepper to taste
