This is an absolutely gorgeous chicken and bacon pasta recipe which is so easy to make and can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. With the right balance of creaminess and a little heat from chili flakes, this recipe is sophisticated enough to create a strong impression and yet so simple and easy to make so it can be a great weeknight dinner option. Yummy and flavorful this meal can be easy but you can play around with the recipe and put your own tweaks on it.
Chicken And Bacon Pasta Recipe
500g mini chicken fillets
6 rashers of bacon
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2tsp chilli flakes
4 tomatoes, cut in chunks, seeds removed
handful fresh parsley, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
280ml (1.2 cups) low fat single cream
400g fresh pasta
salt & pepper
1tbsp fresh parmesan grated, plus extra for serving
