This version of the mac and cheese topped with nice and crispy bacon is so much better than the classic mac and cheese. This macaroni and cheese and bacon together is perfection, and just for the fun of it, it’s made into a pie.

Macaroni & Cheese Bacon Pie
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon plus the bacon for the top
4 cups macaroni
4 Tbsp – 1 1/2 stick of butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2.5 cups milk
2 tsp mustard
1 egg yolk
400g/1 pound cheese
