Simple and delicious this meat & potato casserole recipe is so easy to make, it may just become your favorite type of meal. This everything in one type of dish is wonderful and very comforting. The potatoes are soft and the top is slightly crispy with the meat and cheese and potatoes peeking out from the bubbly and creamy sauce. Leftovers -if there are any- are even better!
