Cowboy Pasta Salad with Ground Beef

Ingredients:

  • Pasta Shells 16 ounce
  • Drained Kernel Corn 15 ounce
  • Smoked Bacon 16 ounce
  • Ground Beef 1 Lb
  • Cumin 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Red Chilli flakes ¼ teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Spicy Mustard 2 tablespoon
  • Barbecue Sauce ¼ cup
  • Hot Sauce 2 ½ teaspoon
  • 15 ounce can kernel corn, drained
  • Grape Tomatoes 1 ½ cup Halved
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 ½ cup
  • Green Onions 5 Chopped

Directions:

  • Boil and cook the pasta as per instructions on the box and set it aside. Chop and gather your vegetables and spices beforehand for easy assembling.
  • Sauté the bacon in a pan and set it aside.
  • Cook Ground beef thoroughly; drain the fat and set aside. Season the beef with the chilli flakes and cumin.
  • In a separate large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot chili sauce.
  • Next, add the cooked pasta, ground beef and bacon into the bowl. Add the vegetables along as well. Stir and toss the salad; then serve.

Ingredients:

  • Bowtie Pasta 1 Lb
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Ground Beef 1Lb
  • Taco Seasoning Mix 2 Teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil 2 teaspoon
  • Fresh Lime Juice 3 teaspoon
  • Cumin ½ teaspoon ground
  • Drained Corn 15 Oz.
  • Black beans drained 15 Oz.
  • Cherry Tomatoes Halved 2c.
  • Shredded Cheddar 2c.
  • Green Onions 4 Chopped

Directions:

  • Cook and boil pasta asper instructions on the box and set it aside.
  • Cook the ground beef thoroughly. Add taco seasoning, salt, pepper and drain excess fat.
  • Make the dressing in a separate bowl by adding olive oil, lime juice and cumin. Season again with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the salad dressing over the pasta.
  • Add vegetables, ground beef and toss the salad.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
