Here is a great tip: you can easily double the recipe and then freeze the extra Poststickers on a tray with parchment paper and make sure they\'re not sticking together. Then pop them in the freezer for about half an hour to an hour, make sure they\'re completely frozen and then toss them in just a zip-lock bag so they\'re easy to store great. This way you have them there and they\'re all exactly how they should be if fresh made when you need an easy weeknight meal.
