    This slow-cooker version of a classic curry favorite it’s really easy to make and so perfect for weeknights.  The spice mix used to make this Easy Slow Cooker Butter Chicken recipe contains things like cinnamon and cardamom and cloves and pepper, just a lovely wonderful combination of flavors that really just brings us to the next level. Succulent chicken pieces are combined with herbs, spices, natural yoghurt, coconut milk and butter, then slow cooked until tender.     Easy Slow Cooker Butter Chicken


    4 Large Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless – diced into chunks)
    1 Large Brown Onion (diced)
    1 Tablespoon of Curry Powder
    1 Tablespoon of Garam Masala
    1 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder (or more if desired)
    3 to 4 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
    1 Cup of Natural Unflavoured Yoghurt
    400ml Can of Coconut Milk
    1/2 Cup of Tomato Paste (Concentrated Tomato Puree)
    100g of Butter
    Salt and Pepper
    Rice, Noodles or Mixed Vegetables (to serve)
    Fresh Coriander (to garnish)

    Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 4 hours on HIGH setting

    SERVES 4 to 6 (depending on serving size)
