Garlic parmesan roasted potatoes are beyond delicious but if you’re still unsure of what to serve them with, the author,  Steph of Plain Chicken, offers a few great suggestions.

The most challenging part of the recipe is scrubbing the potatoes and as we all know, cleaning a few potatoes isn’t difficult at all. Just don’t scrub too hard when working with red potatoes since the skins rub off easily. Once done, just chop them up, toss them in oil with the garlicy seasoning mix, parmesan cheese and roast! After you put in the minimal work, they’re done and you get to eat.

Special things happen when potatoes are roasted. The skins get nice and crisp, they develop this beautiful golden color, take on this deep, buttery flavor and the cheese (along with seasonings) work to give this side dish some depth. The result is perfectly cooked potatoes with a pungent note of garlic, lovely herbaceous notes from the Italian seasoning and browned cheese which is the perfect greeting to every savory bite.
