    I love the tangy taste and tomato flavor they add to dishes.

    This Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta is one of my favorite meals because it’s easy to make and tastes amazing!

    Sun-dried tomatoes are a great addition to any dish, and they work especially well in this Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta.

    Creamy pasta sauce is made from scratch using basil, red pepper flakes, garlic, paprika, cream and shredded Mozzarella cheese which gives it an incredible taste.

    The sun-dried tomato flavor comes through nicely without being too overpowering.

    I have been trying to find a pasta recipe that can replace my old go-to Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Pasta Recipe, and after making this dish I know it’s the one.

    Ingredients:

    8 ounces penne pasta
    1 pound chicken breasts, cubed

    Ingredients for sun-dried tomato sauce
    3 garlic cloves
    4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
    olive oil
    salt
    paprika
    basil
    1 cup half-and-half (or ½ cup heavy cream + ½ cup milk)
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
