Chicken can be so boring sometimes and that\'s why I\'m always looking for new chicken recipes. Here is one that looks delicious and looks wonderful. This is one of my favorite meals that I like to order at a local restaurant. This Chicken Piccata recipe is fabulous, very much restaurant quality and maybe better! You\'ll Need
3lbs of chicken breast cut & pounded in to medallions
Flour for dredging the cutlets
Butter
1 1/2 cups of white wine
1 1/2 of chicken broth
Juice of 1 lemon
small jar of capers
1 lemon sliced
Instructions
Mix 2 TBS of flour in 1/4 cup of cool chicken broth and use that to thicken your sauce
Serve with Rice or Linguini
